Our neighborhood security gates contribute to the wellbeing and overall value of our community. Residents can enjoy a greater sense of security knowing that access to the community is monitored and regulated. Our gates limit traffic and discourage non-residents from entering the neighborhood. This provides privacy and creates a more tranquil atmosphere that residents value. Your HOA is committed to maintaining and improving our security infrastructure to

  • How will my devices preprogrammed? Classic Entry Systems will active and assign devices by matching the shipping address to your home.  If you are not shipping to your home address, please follow the instructions on the order page.
  • How can I pay? You may with Pay Pal, Credit or Debit card online.
  • How will I get my device order and how long does it take?  Devices are sent by end of business day no later than the following day and take 2-5 days to arrive.  Shipping from USPS is included.

Our Community

Residents have access to the Wesleyan Schools (all 12 grades), Perimeter Christian School (through 8th grade), Woodward Academy North, Johns Creek High School, Autrey Mill Middle School, and Medlock Bridge Elementary school. All these schools have ranked consistently in the top 10% of educational institutions in Georgia.

Winfield has an annual Halloween street get together as well as a Holiday Home Party in the neighborhood. In addition, the neighborhood is governed by a Board that is attuned to the needs of the residents.

Atlanta Athletic Club

Less than 1 mile from our neighborhood, the AAC features outstanding golf, fitness, tennis, aquatic and social amenities. The AAC is known nationally and internationally for its facilities, having been chosen as a Platinum Club every year by the Club Leaders Forum. Their two Championship 18-hole golf courses, nine-hole par 3 course, 42,000 sq. ft. fitness center, outdoor clay courts and indoor tennis facility, Olympic-sized pool and our magnificent club rooms and dining facilities make up a vibrant hub of activity that offers members, their families and guests an unsurpassed athletic, recreational and social experience.

Shopping at The Forum and the Medlock Crossing Shopping Center include restaurants and a 18 screen movie complex within 1.5 miles of our neighborhood. Food shopping choices of Publix, Ingles, Whole Foods, and Sprouts are all within 2 miles of Winfield.

Great care was taken to design a neighborhood that borders a beautiful river and resides across from the Medlock Bridge Chattahoochee River National Park Recreation Area (a United States National Park). The recreation area offers a protected natural area and several hiking trails with access to the river. Medlock Bridge Road gives us easy access to shopping, work and play.  But once you are inside the secluded gates, you are in another world filled with elegant homes and gracious lots overlooking a tranquil river.
